我们针对20-25吨位挖掘机开发的14米两节式伸缩臂,实现了一机多用,提高了挖掘机的附加值。14米两节式伸缩臂在市政施工、地铁施工、基坑、沉井挖掘等一些特殊工况方面发挥出巨大的作用,同时伸缩臂的回旋距离较短,在狭隘地方亦可施工,可以补充加长臂无法施工的工况。

At the same time, the swing distance of the telescopic arm is relatively short, and it can also be constructed in narrow areas, which can supplement the working conditions where the extended arm cannot be constructed.
一.伸缩臂的挖掘能力
1、 The digging ability of the telescopic arm
伸缩臂前置挖斗为0.45方挖斗,按照120挖掘机的前端小臂马拉头尺寸设计,具有挖掘能力96kn。14米伸缩臂可以下挖到13.8米的挖掘深度,相对于同等机型改造的18米的加长臂的挖掘深度都还要大一米,整体的工作效率要高于加长臂的工作效率。

二.伸缩臂的制造工艺

我们为了让20吨位挖掘机能够带的起14米的伸缩臂,我们突破性的采用了宝钢700材质加工伸缩臂的箱体结构,其余部位采用的是Q355B材质。伸缩臂的箱体折弯处理,不进行四面进行拼焊的加工工艺。伸缩臂的设计结构为国内首创设计,铲斗油缸的设计与国内大部分的伸缩不厂家不一样,这种设计方案让伸缩臂的挖掘力度更大。
In order to enable a 20 ton excavator to lift a 14 meter telescopic arm, we made a breakthrough by using Baosteel 700 material to process the telescopic arm box structure, while the rest of the parts were made of Q355B material. The box of the telescopic arm is bent and does not undergo welding on all four sides. The design structure of the telescopic arm is the first in China, and the design of the bucket oil cylinder is different from most telescopic manufacturers in China. This design scheme allows for greater excavation force of the telescopic arm.
同样在挖斗的设计,我们追求能够让用户在装车过程中不出现漏土与卸土方便,我们调整了整体铲斗油缸与连杆的角度,力求符合目前的整体工况要求。

内置式的油缸,我们采用的国内知名油缸的供应优质油缸,同等吨位机型的伸缩臂油缸,我司配置油缸的活塞杆更大,缸筒外径更大,速度更快,使用寿命更长。同时在相等长度的伸缩臂,这款是伸缩臂可以多下挖50CM的深度。同时在举升的夹角与装车运输的夹角都是更加符合目前用户的使用。
