挖掘机加长臂改装以后的故障分析!

前段时间有机主提到挖机装了加长臂以后,使用时间长了会感觉无力动力弱,经我们技术人员的检测给出了结论,下面挖机加长臂厂家来为您好好介绍。
  Some time ago, the organic owner mentioned that after the excavator is equipped with an extension arm, it will feel powerless and weak when it is used for a long time.   1、挖机右行走和铲斗无动作,动臂和斗杆动作慢
  1. The excavator moves right and the bucket does not move, and the boom and the stick move slowly
  据机老板反应在更换完控制阀总成的密封后即出现此故障。测后泵收铲斗时的压力为1.5Mpa,远小于正常值的28.5Mpa。在准备交换两路的安全阀时,发现故障一侧的安全阀位置上为一堵头而原堵头的位置却安装了安全阀。交换正确位置后机器正常。
  According to the owner's reaction, the failure occurred after the seal of the control valve assembly was replaced. After the test, the pressure when the pump retracts the bucket is 1.5MPa, far less than the normal value of 28.5mpa. When preparing to exchange two-way safety valves, it was found that the position of the safety valve on the fault side was a plug while the position of the original plug was installed with a safety valve. The machine is OK after exchanging the correct position.
  2、改装成挖机加长臂后,全车慢、无力

  机主反映刚更换了先导泵油封,但更换后工作了十几分钟一直很正常,然后突然就不行了。根据此情况,首先怀疑先导压力不足。经测试先导压力极低,决定分解先导泵。
  The owner said that the oil seal of the pilot pump had just been replaced, but it worked normally for more than ten minutes after the replacement, and then it suddenly failed. Based on this condition, first suspect that the pilot pressure is insufficient. After testing the pilot pressure is very low, it is decided to disassemble the pilot pump.
  一发现先导泵输入轴的骨架油封已挤出,此原因有两种:一是安装问题,二是该处压力过高。继续分解发现先导泵的油封方向装反。此处才是故障的真正原因,当刚开始工作时,骨架油封没有损坏,仍可正常工作,因骨架油封只能承受低压,故油封很快损坏,导致先导压力油从损坏处泄出。
  One is that the framework oil seal of the input shaft of the pilot pump has been extruded. There are two reasons: one is the installation problem, the other is that the pressure there is too high. Continue to disassemble and find that the oil seal of the pilot pump is installed in the opposite direction. This is the real cause of the fault. When the skeleton oil seal started to work, it was not damaged and could still work normally. Because the skeleton oil seal can only bear low pressure, so the oil seal was damaged quickly, leading to the leakage of pilot pressure oil from the damaged place.
 
  3、改装成挖机加长臂后,发动机起动后斗杆油缸的活塞杆自动缩回,其它动作正常。 经检查,一其余动作正常;二提起动臂后斗杆下沉较快。交换斗杆先导管后故障依旧,说明故障在控制阀或斗杆油缸,本着先易后难的原则。拆检控制阀杆,发现阀杆卡在活塞杆缩回位置,用橡胶螂头和铜棒震动后取出阀杆。可见有闪亮铁末,联系斗杆下沉较快。判断故障根源为加长臂斗杆缸筒拉伤,拆检斗杆油缸后证实。
  3. After being refitted as a long arm of the excavator, the piston rod of the stick cylinder retracts automatically after the engine is started, and other actions are normal After inspection, one of the other actions is normal; the other one is lifting the boom and the stick sinks faster. The failure of the exchange stick is still the same after the guide pipe is replaced, indicating that the failure is in the control valve or stick cylinder, based on the principle of "easy first, then difficult". Disassemble and inspect the control valve rod, and find that the valve rod is stuck in the retracted position of the piston rod. Remove the valve rod after shaking with rubber Mantis head and copper rod. It can be seen that there is shiny iron dust, and the connecting stick sinks faster. Determine that the root cause of the fault is the extension arm stick cylinder tube pulled, and confirm after the stick cylinder is disassembled and inspected.
