1. Fault cause

根据拨叉的断裂情况，分析故障原因是：轮式挖掘机在行驶过程中，机器还没有完全停稳即进行了高、低挡切换。挖掘机的传动箱没有安装同步器，机器行进中，其内部的传动齿轮高速运转，若此时换挡，拨叉拨动的滑动齿套无法完成与齿轮啮合，碰撞产生的反作用力直接导致拨叉损坏。为此决定更换拨叉。

According to the fracture of the fork, the cause of the fault is analyzed as follows: during the driving process of the wheeled excavator, the machine did not fully stop before switching between high and low gears. The transmission box of the excavator is not equipped with a synchronizer. When the machine is moving, the internal transmission gear runs at high speed. If the gear is shifted at this time, the sliding gear sleeve of the shift fork cannot complete meshing with the gear, and the reaction force generated by the collision directly causes damage to the shift fork. For this reason, it was decided to replace the fork.

2、拆解传动箱

拆卸过程分几步进行：松开液压油箱盖并给液压系统排气，断开与传动箱连接的液压管路并封闭漏油点;其次，拆除前、后传动轴，拆除手制动液压缸和前桥驱动液压缸油管;再次，将可调节的升降器放置于传动箱下部拆装位置，调整升降器支撑住箱体，拆掉3根传动箱的固定螺栓，把传动箱拆离车架。由于传动箱质量很大，必须确认升降器完全包容托住箱体后，再拆卸固定螺栓。

 

The disassembly process is divided into several steps: loosen the hydraulic oil tank cover and exhaust the hydraulic system, disconnect the hydraulic pipeline connected to the transmission box, and seal the oil leakage point; Secondly, remove the front and rear transmission shafts, remove the hand brake hydraulic cylinder and front axle drive hydraulic cylinder oil pipes; Once again, place the adjustable regulator in the lower disassembly position of the transmission box, adjust the regulator to support the box, remove the three fixing bolts of the transmission box, and remove the transmission box from the frame. Due to the large mass of the transmission box, it is necessary to confirm that the elevator fully supports the box before removing the fixing bolts.

3、组装试机

3. Assembly test machine

逐一将拆卸的部件组装，组装是拆卸的逆过程。组装好之后，把恢复完整的传动箱安装到车架并接通相应液压管路。之后拧紧液压油箱盖并启动发动机，把推土铲升起，分别挂高、低挡及倒挡试机，故障消失。

Assemble the disassembled components one by one, and assembly is the reverse process of disassembly. After assembly, install the restored complete transmission box onto the frame and connect the corresponding hydraulic pipelines. Afterwards, tighten the hydraulic oil tank cap and start the engine, raise the bulldozer, and test the machine in high, low, and reverse gears, and the fault disappears.

轮式挖掘机厂家在试机过程中应特别注意：操作挂挡后不要急于加大油门，要先轻点油门踏板，感觉机器微动，待传动箱内齿轮完全啮合时，再加大油门行驶，以防齿轮啮合部位偏移退挡。

During the testing process of wheeled excavators, manufacturers should pay special attention: do not rush to increase the throttle after shifting. First, gently tap the throttle pedal to feel the machine inching. When the gears in the transmission box are fully engaged, increase the throttle again to prevent the gear engagement part from shifting back into gear.
