  挖掘机加长臂改装中有哪些常见故障?

  1、挖机右行走和铲斗无动作,动臂和斗杆动作慢挖掘机加长臂改造后出现此故障通常是在密封控制总阀之后将组阀的阀和堵头位置装反造成的,一般情况下,只要将阀和堵头的位置交换过来既可以恢复正常。

  3、发动机起动后斗杆油缸的活塞杆自动缩回,其它动作正常改装成挖掘机加长臂后出现这个故障,通常故障出在控制阀或斗杆油缸,本着先易后难的原则拆检控制阀杆,如果阀杆卡在活塞杆缩回位置,则用橡胶锤和铜棒震动后取出阀杆。如果见有闪亮铁末,联系斗杆下沉较快,那么可以判断故障根源为加长臂斗杆缸筒拉伤,拆检斗杆油缸进行处理即可。
