加长臂挖掘机出租的跳档原因解析

(1)变速传动机构磨损W4-60型挖掘机采用机械换档变速的传动机构,该传动机构通过折动齿罩在固定齿罩上沿轴向移动并与各级从动齿轮啮合来实现换档。在频繁的换档过程中,上述各啮合齿轮的齿顶面容易被削成锥状,其啮合性能降低,引起“加速”。
(1) The transmission mechanism of w4-60 excavator adopts mechanical shift transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism can shift gears by moving the folding gear cover along the axial direction on the fixed gear cover and meshing with the driven gears at all levels. In the process of frequent shifting, the tooth top surface of the above meshing gears is easy to be cut into a cone shape, and its meshing performance is reduced, resulting in "acceleration".
(2)自锁机构的性能下降是为了防止变速器“降速”,该挖掘机在变速器的ii、iii挡和iv、v挡拨叉轴上方的箱盖孔内和I、倒档拨叉内发挥自锁作用的钢球和弹簧起到自锁作用的弹簧如果减弱弹性或折断,自锁机构的自锁性能就会下降消失,发生变速器的“踢球”。此外,定位钢球和拨叉轴的槽磨损时,变速器有时会“反弹”。

(3)档位调整不正确,换挡杆、纵轴、横轴及纵向止动螺钉松动也会导致变速器的“反冲”。

(4)外部负荷的急剧变化由于挖掘机的工作特性和该机自身的设计原因,外部负荷的急剧变化也会导致该变速器的“降速”。如果路面有凹凸、机械走下坡、行驶路径不适当而导致外部负荷急剧变化,则这种负荷急剧变化经由车轮或传动轴作用于变速器的档位,档位产生轴向推力而脱离,变速器的"跳闸"。

(5)在驾驶挖掘机的时候在坡道上行驶,比如下坡的时候,如果技术不过关的话就会造成跳档情况的发生。
