一、什么样的挖掘机可改装成长臂挖掘机

当挖掘机加长臂出现行走跑偏故障时应当对挖掘机组合阀进行检查,拆卸其限压阀上的2根油管,用堵头堵住出油口,启动发动机,拉动有堵头组合阀的行走操纵手柄挖掘机加长臂,检测油压正常;再拆卸另一侧行走组合阀上的2根油管,再次启动发动机,观察其限压阀的2个油孔是否存在油液流出,若无此现象,则排除组合阀故障问题,这时我们应当对回转接头进行检查。

由于回转接头处油道众多,油道间易发生串通,因此我们可先将挖掘机加长臂行走马达油管拆卸2个,随后将其中1个马达油管,此动作操作完毕后,再次启动发动机,拉动堵死油管马达的换向阀,观察其油液压力是否过低且是否存在液压马达的油孔油液流出,若存在则视为回转接头的油道密封问题,须将其更换后,故障方可解除。
