1. The phenomenon of large and small arm pressure relief in small excavators is mainly caused by the movement of the boom, stick, or bucket cylinder when the small excavator is stationary.

2、在多路阀中位时，由于工作装置重力的作用，使油缸中产生一定的压力，此压力通过管路传递到多路阀上，因多路阀阀芯间必须有一定的间隙，造成一定的泄漏，造成现泄压(掉臂)现象，因此小型挖掘机在说明书中注明，挖掘机在不工作时，铲斗必须支地。

3、另外，部分掉臂现象严重的(油温45℃左右,5分钟斗齿下降超过95mm)，可能是由于多路阀被卡故障，请对多路阀进行清洗。

4、先看下掉臂液压轴的内芯在自然光下是什么颜色?如果是蓝黑色或彩色，说明油缸漏油，那是油封问题。换一套就行了。油封正常的话，内芯就是银白色。
