三段或多段式加长臂的使用种类有哪些?

A、挖掘机加装三段臂或多段臂(多段臂如图4在大臂处可以分成几段,根据施工需求可以加减高度)后又称为拆楼机或者拆迁机、拆房机、拆除机,应用于房屋、高层建筑的拆解、解体工程。比如老旧商品房,烟囱,高架桥等。 挖掘机改装拆楼机的拆迁高度与加长臂正比,一般采用Q345B材料制造。

前置破碎锤:破碎锤一般选用钎杆直径100-135范围,自重不超过2吨为宜,破碎锤由于噪音较高,不适用于居住密集地区长期施工,并且对拆楼机以及加长臂本身伤害较大。

前置液压剪:根据挖掘机吨位以及三段式加长臂长度选择液压剪配置10-20吨位,液压剪自重以不超过2吨位宜。液压剪刀臂采用超硬钢板,牙齿锐利,剪切力大,两根刀臂对称运动实现作业,可实现0-1180mm的开口宽度,可直接剪切直径80CM左右的水泥柱,以及内部钢筋。

Sleeve arm
A、单独在大臂上加长一段或者在小臂上单独加长一段,在业内称为套臂,套臂如同秋蝉,寿命短暂,只适用于施工周期很短,并且施工要求只需要在原标准臂的挖深、挖宽或挖高增加2-3米这样的距离适用。单独加长小臂影响运输,运输的时候还必须拆卸下来,所以极不方便。套臂由于局限性明显,逐步的退出历史舞台难以避免。一般采用Q345B材料制造。

B、滑臂基本原理: a)滑臂由上滑动臂与下定臂两部分构成,上滑动臂安装在下定臂上方,两者通过滑动臂上下道轨相互配合连为一体,上滑动臂可以在下定臂上部通过油缸自由伸缩,适当调整挖掘深度以及回转半径。滑臂的长度取决于挖掘机的大臂长度,结构简单,易于操作,在需要换回标准臂工作的时候拆卸极为方便,适于大范围的推广应用。

A、 伸缩臂一般分为内置油缸伸缩臂和外置油缸伸缩臂,内置油缸参考随车吊臂的原理,外置油缸根据滑轮组原理设计,主要应用于沉井和深基坑挖掘。内置油缸伸缩臂挖掘深度12米以下,一般小型挖掘机改装或者前置螺旋钻机。外置油缸13-30米可选,前置贝壳斗。

B、伸缩臂基本原理: a)内置油缸伸缩臂采用耐磨、耐高温四方钢(Q690或者更高性能),通过高精密度机械加工,、第二节完全紧密嵌合,通过行程油缸推动完成工作,这种形式的伸缩臂作业深度有限,垂直挖掘,但是回转半径非常小,完成回转半径以及基坑半径小的工况。 b)外置油缸伸缩臂也是由干强度钢成型四方管,由三节甚多节式,通过行程油缸推动,并采用钢绳与滑轮组配合原理自由伸缩,在挖掘机半径有限制的空间达到限度的深度挖掘施工要求,在城市街道施工如地铁口挖掘、高架桥梁的基坑挖掘利用广泛。伸缩臂的缺点也很明显,只适用于垂直挖掘,而且挖掘机能力不高,有时候需要在基坑底部用小挖机把坚硬的土质疏松后才能完成工作。

A、20-24挖掘机匹配吨震动锤可以打6米-9米钢板桩,并不建议在改装时候选用此机型。6米钢板桩在标准臂上直接装震动锤即可,25吨位挖掘机可打9米钢板桩,需要在标准臂大臂衬套部位加装托架,加大动臂油缸行程,9米以上桩形必须做加长臂。,也是俗称的打桩机加长臂。30-35吨挖掘机,12米桩,加长臂13.5米,40-45吨挖掘机, 15米桩,加长臂15.5米。

A、抓钳臂一般大臂为直臂,小臂前端做成弯臂,这样设计的目的是为了便于避开装卸车时候车厢或者中间凸起障碍物的影响。抓钳臂前端一般前置抓木器,抓钳器或者贝壳斗施工。
