挖掘机回转支承的维护保养相关事宜

调整齿轮间隙时,注意观察旋转电机减速机与回转平台的连接螺栓是否松动,以免齿轮啮合间隙过大或过小。这是因为如果间隙过大,会在挖掘机起停时对齿轮造成很大的冲击力,容易出现异响;如果间隙过小,会导致回转支承和回转马达减速小齿轮卡死,甚导致断齿。
When adjusting the gear clearance, pay attention to observe whether the connecting bolts between the rotating motor reducer and the rotating platform are loose, so as to avoid too large or too small gear meshing clearance.
